Has anyone been stuck in the elevator at all in this version? Like hardcore stuck-age.

As for getting stuck in the clouds, that might have to do with some desync. Were you getting stuck in it as a character other than heheman? That shouldn't be possible because your vspeed is equal to zero only when your bottom sprite bounding box is touching the cloud's top bounding box.

host advantage is the best class
Especially as any kind of hit scan classes.  It also becomes much easier to read people and know what to expect.

Some of the classes get spawn stuck in the floor.  Not sure if it is just the blue side (Panda & Belmont) or both sides.

How does an INS mod 5v5 PUG sound? But I don't know how it would work, should we replay every map and switch teams because obviously the teams won't be evenly balanced. Or should we stay on the same teams and play extra maps like all 3 tdms and a couple other good maps like Contra, Noir, Harvest, Kistra, etc because we would obviously have more time. Or maybe we can swap off everytime and which way is more fun and more interesting. Well I'm sure this will come out great and it will be a lot of fun. How does this coming Monday at 8pm EST sound for you guys, I need to get at least 5 people that know they can make it, because I am sure I can pick off a few more people who can play and if not we can do a 4v4 instead.

I guess playing the same map twice (but not in a row) after changing sides would work.  That is unless everyone ends up playing as neutral classes.

I'm up for it.  Now that most of the bugs have been taken care of it shouldn't really be that big of a problem.

Isn't it already sorta like a PUG every time someone hosts, with only forumers playing and usually having up to 4 players per team? Or do you mean scheduled playtimes for INSmod? I can totally get behind it if it's the latter!

Psychopath + Slain/Vein + Iji/Techno Viking + RebelINS
would be the most well rounded 4 man Red team imo. Psychopath for healing and sani-checking (lol), Slain for strong long range presence, Iji for finishing off people with plasma cannon, and Rebel for mobility. Vein would tag in for tanking on tighter maps like conflict, and Techno Viking if there's unfavourable maps for Iji.

Drool Warrior + Marine/Xan/Rosie + Shepard/Saniman + Sorceress
would be my team of choice for Blue. Sorceress provides heavy harassment, while Shepard can finish them off with a single fully charged snipe (90 damage lol). Drool + Marine is an extremely potent combo and good for uber abuse. Tag in Xan if you want more AOE damage, and Rosie if you want a bit more resilience. Saniman is if the map isn't good for long range sniping.

Chryssalid + Snare + Dr. Doom + Anna
team lol. Stickies create a long enough distraction so Chryssalid/Snare can get you. Dr. Doom for annoyance and tanking.

tdm_norfair looks amazing.  The map animations really make a huge difference in the overall feel of the map.

The elevators still does seem to get stuck if you jump at it from the side when it is going up.  It also has a problem in that it doesn't let you jump if it lands with you standing on it normally.  Like, if it goes all the way back down and if you are not in the air when it touches the ground, it won't let you jump again until you walk off the elevator.

I've noticed the problem with not being able to jump when the elevator hits the floor again. Hopefully it isn't a huge game changing problem for this version.

also, Im thinking about making a map with cool art for INS
I'll update the wiki when I get a chance, as I have a couple pages I need to write for an essay.

If you make an intriguing enough map, I'm definitely down for implementing it as an internal map. Try adding stuff like drop down platforms, one way platforms, water, or whatever in your map.

Not as good as Rebel's art, but I like it.

Oh and I finally got ryo to play INSmod and he liked it.
