i might just get rid of that and bo jackson's catch ability and replace them with something different.

shield bash
+shield stuns opponents in range for a short time + deals small amount of damage
+invincibility during animation
-still during animation (ala stab)
-self slowed for a few seconds

would use same animation as current shield block thing

just throwing shit out there, take this as seriously as you want to take it :v

Yeah I thought about having a Paladin smite type thing (Diablo 2), but I don't think he needs another melee attack.

Yeah bro, it was relevant for my needs. It's missing a few things like text wrapping input, but I'll eventually figure that out, if it even matters.

I'll try to get 1.28.1 by the 7th with bugfixes and shit, so it'll be ready for Insfest.

Error in code at line 44:
       turnDelta = (point_direction(x, y, nearestTarget.x, nearestTarget.y) - direction) mod 360;
                                                        ^
at position 55: Unknown variable x
Only error I found so far.  Someone did fine a bug with Dante's Jumping Sword Swing and Gernade Launcher attack tho.  Apparently if you mash m1 and m2 while jumping, you can shoot nades at the speed of sword swings.

Fixed the homing missile bug.

I fixed the grenade gun + aerial sword oversight. However, I left a way for it to still be accomplished, but it's pretty hard to do and very impractical in an actual fight. Clever people might be able to figure it out.

I'm aiming for a patch release on Thursday, so people can have a bit of time to practice on a more stable version before the insfest weekend events.

INS Mod v1.28.1 Changelog
General:
- Fixed name changing bug
- Fixed bug involving super meter rollover

Map:
- Added a small spawn room for koth_bastion and arena_bastion

Iji:
- Toned down overall damage of Plasma Cannon
- Decreased refire rate of Plasma Cannon to 60 from 75
- Plasma Cannon now has a charge up meter that fills up while it is not in cooldown.
- The range of the Plasma Cannon is determined by the plasma charge. Damage is not affected

Bo Jackson:
- Removed Bo Jackson's run speed penalty while injured
- Stiffarm damage increased by 6 for both the regular and Speed version
- Full charged Mega Tackle damage increased to 60 from 50
- Full charged Mega Tackle speed increased to 18 from 16
- Medium charged Mega Tackle damage increased to 40 from 30
- Medium charged Mega Tackle speed increased to 14 from 12
- Removed +10 hp for any level of trucking.

Commander Shepard:
- Decreased Widow base damage by 10 (minimum damage of 25 and maximum damage of 80)

Samurai Jack:
- Made the parry have some horizontal prediction
- Upon successfully parrying, you know gain a 35% speed boost for 4 seconds.
