Additionally, if you don't want them considered, don't leave them selectable.

Frig, also intuitive online help yesplz.

well now that you claim that all hitscans are OP I have no hope for anyone brandishing a raildriver

wareya gave me a good idea to sync the aim distance.

Given that, you can now do cool stuff with it. I also added a new weapon for Agh.

Agh:
- Lowered clip size from 8 to 6.
- Shotgun damage changed to 7x5 from 8x4.
- Added a Homing Missile special with Space. Does 30 damage and is fairly slow moving. The refire rate is 60 frames, or 2 seconds.

Sorceress:
- You can now aim your Teleport. You teleport to where you click to a max distance of 200 pixels.

Tassadar
- Lowered damage of the individual Psionic Storm bolt from 1.7 to 1.1.
- You can now aim your Forcefield and Psionic Storm. It casts directly to where you click to a max distance of 150 and 220 pixels respectively.
Tassadar is pretty OD now. I might have to change his primary fire to something different.

yeah lol. Tassadar actually had a regular attack in SC1. It was just this regular bolt-ball he threw and it did like 20 damage. I'll test out what we have right now and see if it's mind blowingly OP with the aimable skills...

INS Mod v1.28 Changelog
General:
- Your aim distance is now synced to the nearest 10s.
- Unassisted suicides now subtract your team's kill total properly.
- Added chat support. Press Y to all chat, and U to team chat. Press T to toggle the chat on and off. Press Tab while in chat to toggle between all and team channels. Press Enter to enter your message. Press Escape to close chat.
- There is a small bubble under your character HUD that shows if your chat is toggled on/off
- Added console support. Most commands are only accessible for hosts.
- Press F2 to open the console, and Escape to close it. Type in 'help' to see a list of commands and precede the command with 'help' to see the documentation on how to use them.
- Ported the Advanced Spectate John Madden moving code
- While spectating, you can press and hold Space and drag with M1 to move the spectator around. Press M2 to center to the location. The spectator now has a small deceleration period after you release M1.

Map:
- Added a new map, tdm_nightcity. Night City is a cyberpunk themed medium-sized map with a lot of high rise buildings and flat platforms. Suitable for 4-6 players.
- The destructible box on koth_bastion now spawns small box gibs on hit.

Character Changes:
- Some characters will now maintain their super meter even after death
- This includes: Jaina, Afro Samurai, E. Honda, Arg, Samurai Jack, and Dhalsim
- Characters that do not have meter rollover: Techno Viking, Dante, and any Healer Ubercharge.

Iji:
- Removed recoil when firing Plasma Cannon
- Plasma Cannon no longer fires through obstacles. It will instead reach the closest obstacle. The range is about half a screen.
- Plasma Cannon refire rate decreased to 75 from 165
- Plasma Cannon is now a single hit explosion, around 40 damage depending on how many parts of the plasma connect.
- Changed Resonance Reflector activation to Space. Also, made more projectiles reflectable.
- Initial Shotgun damage increased to 8.5x8 from 8x8.
- Increased range, but has linear damage falloff after the first 5 frames
- Removed random bullet spread, in favor of a predictable spread.

Techno Viking:
- Added a short delay before the Hammer bounces again
- Decreased the total hammer bounces by 1

Agh:
- Lowered clip size from 8 to 6.
- Shotgun damage increased to 7x5 (35) from 8x4 (32).
- Added a Homing Missile special with Space. Does 30 damage and is fairly slow moving. The refire rate is 60 frames, or 2 seconds.

Slain:
- Changed Shock Primary from hitscan to a projectile
- Increased the Shock Primary damage back to 40 from 36
- Increased radius of Shock Combo (and explosion size), and removed the additional ammunition cost.
- Made the Shock Combo activation radius slightly larger (it is easier to shoot secondaries with primary)

Sorceress:
- You can now aim your Teleport. You teleport to where you click to a max distance of 200 pixels.

Commander Shepard:
- Changed Widow from hitscan to a projectile

Argagarg:
- Added a Hex of Murkwood aura on the Water Elemental. It is a damage dealing aura with a 60 pixel radius, and damages enemies 2 hp/second.

Vault Boy:
- Changed Gauss Rifle from hitscan to a projectile

Dante:
- Made air dash have a straight forward trajectory and ignores gravity
- Changed Volcano launcher into a faster sword launcher
- You can jump cancel the launcher into High Time by pressing up.
- Air slashes now decrease your gravity, and the gravity of the target (floatier to do longer aerial combos)
- Ground slashes and launcher now have some stun
- Fixed a Helm Breaker collision bug

Ash Williams:
- Increased HP to 160 from 120
- Decreased refire rate to 16 from 17 frames
- Decreased reload time to 18 from 19 frames
- Increased run speed while using Chainsaw to 0.98 from 0.90

Adam Jensen:
- Increased damage of the Typhoon from 40 to 45
- Decreased the damage of the melee hit of the Icarus Drop from 45 to 30
- Icarus Drop now creates two waves that move out from the point of impact
- The wave does 12 damage on hit and can hit multiple times.

Powdered Toast Man
- Increased Raisin damage from 4.5 to 5

Tassadar
- Lowered damage of the individual Psionic Storm bolt from 1.7 to 1.1
- You can now aim your Forcefield and Psionic Storm. It casts directly to where you click to a max distance of 150 and 220 pixels respectively.

I messed up the chat window opacity, so I'm reuploading a fix for that because it is a bit annoying.

Ok you can redownload 1.28 for the chat window fix. Or if you're still in 1.27, you should be good to go to auto-update.

ok i'm done hosting for now i need to do some reading.

used drools shield to reflect kid's shotgun and I got a seemingly infinite amount of errors so I just closed the server
