Fixed HP numbers moving as the character sprite changed.
Med-cab no longer resets the last damage dealer, hopefully fixing an error with the damage indicator.
ADCP:--Reduced setup time from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
--Adjusted cap times, normalizing them: reduced difference between the times on maps with different numbers of CPs, reduced extremes.
--Reduced time awarded for capping a CP from 5 minutes to 1 minute.
--Maximum possible time on the timer is 7 minutes.
--Optional stopwatch mode: the map is played twice, the team that capped the CPs the fastest, or capped the most CPs wins.
--Full uber charge is given to Medics at the end of setup.
Fixed key for spy and uber bubbles being written to the wrong ones.

Fixed the draw HP/ammo HUD booleans being the wrong way around.

Sandwich:--Heals a max of 150HP.
--Heals at a rate of ~1.4HP/frame (43/s). Was 1.6/frame.
--Healing only starts after 0.7 seconds (21 frames).
--Total animation length is 128 frames (unchanged), healing lasts 107 frames.
--Healing will stop if 50 + a 4th of the health healed so far (maximum of 38) damage, is taken.
N&B regenerate faster, from 0.1/frame (3/s), to 0.12/frame (3.6/s). Increases the full regeneration time from 0 by ~6 seconds.
Pyro ammo HUD shows the actual ammo number, not the number of flames.
