It's not unorganized. We know exactly how we're doing things, and while everyone here is left in the dark about voting, prizes, etc., we're still prepared. The only thing you said that has merit is the lack of submissions, which isn't anybody's fault. Considering we're an indie game without nearly as much of a userbase as TF2, we have to make do without advertising and all of the luxuries TF2 has. You can probably blame the lack of submissions on the lack of advertisement, and the lack of advertisement on the lack of a budget, which is nonexistant because we're a free game made in Game Maker. We don't have many options, and having fun contests and whatnot boosts morale and is generally fun for everyone, but we have limitations which hurt us sometimes.
