Update: I fixed delta timing for the plugin and changed a few things.

What else was changed?
I tested it, and it does work.
As stated on the OP, I changed the way the shaker object is spawned to fix a crash concerning the global delta timing variable, so the plugin works with 60fps now. Beyond that, the changes are internal and don't actually affect the plugin's overall functionality.
