2.7.2 hotfix

This should fix the two crashes (arena, flames) and three causes of desync (quote blades, inconsistent movement acceleration, healing ramp), and 2.6s that should be 2.7s.
I haven't tested it at all (I'm not positive it runs properly) so I won't put up a main release. It's on my git.

Note: If you're playing on a server that is running without this hotfix, this won't fix desync problems.

Crashed at the end of a ctf map on BTW's.
It didn't show any error messages, nor save an errorlog.

I'm using damage indicator, drawAmmo, ShowPingV2 and statsboard.

I believe its just the typical end round crash that happens from all the stuff that happens all at one time when the game sets the winner

Sorry, wasn't online today.

It was either doublecross or RSM. GG2 crashed the moment our team won.

idk if this happens always but once pyro's flames vanished and the burn sound started looping

I suspect it's realnumflames related :z3:

it doesn't let me download at all
i cant dismiss the warning or anything

i dont think our gg2 programmers are trying to give us the virus, but my chrome is keep blocking this file so i cant open this  :z7: besides, Phantom did not test this hotfix yet, so im just suggesting that waiting until the update officially releases might be a good idea.
