why do all the sounds go from normal to a guy saying no and how can i fix it? it keeps happening and its annoying.
It means you're really bad at the game sorry dude.
Can confirm, have never gotten this issue before.

Also does this replace/overwrite/break serverside chat?

It's the same as lorgan's chat, just looks different and is easier for me to mod how I want to, functions the same as chat_v2 serverside.
If you don't want to use it there's an option to not use it.

The way chat_v2's networking works means that colour is determined by the server, so you will only see these on a DSM server or something. I could probably work around it but I'm lazy.
