I'm dedicated, and I can host whenever possible, but I don't have a server computer to run this thing on all the time, and I don't have the upload speed to pull it off. Canadian internet service providers are shitty.

Doof-goy isn't a word, sugoi is. E. Honda is Japanese, sugoi is a Japanese word. In context, sugoi's english translation fits. It makes sense, and it sounds like it to me. Even if that's actually what he's saying (I HIGHLY doubt that it is, there's no reason for him to say gibberish when he's trying to be a Japanese man), it still wouldn't make sense!

I hope this doesn't turn into some kind of actual flamewar arguement.. I doubt it will, we're just discussing what a sumo's saying in a video game, but it's best to say such things beforehand as a precaution. I should know, I once got into an actual, extremely heated shouting match over the practicality of replacing the Kamino brand Jango Fett clones in the Imperial army with normal everyday people because I forgot that it was just a silly little discussion (BTW it makes no sense at all and I resent George for ever implying the Imperials were even MORE stupid than they seem). Embarassing, but if I'd just reminded myself before it got serious, it would have been avoided.
