faster testing I guess.

Also, imho Terran Marine is feeling a bit of the hoovie pain. If you would bump up his ammo capacity a leetle bit, that might help. Additionally, the ammo limit makes his stimming a lot less effective; unless it buffs his ammo regen too, he's getting the same edps.

Love how people completely ignore my reply...
Also Iji's lazer only does alot of damage if you repeatedly get hit which only happens in a hallway with a short ceiling

I ignored it because you were basically telling me not to give my opinion, which is wrong. I'm free to give it, and Rebel himself asked for more detailed opinions on how to make the game better. The only things I could say to it are things that would probably start a heated arguement.

I didn't mean to tell you not to have an opinion. I'm sorry if it sounded so rude and it wasn't aimed at you but at anyone responding to Rebel's request of balance discussion. Thought isn't gameplay balance suppose to be bassed on fact? I understand what you mean by something feeling OP, I think every one felt it when they first say Mojo Jojo in a mecha and to me when I hear rebelINS reload with that annoying paper crumple sound! Can't those kind of problems be fixed with sprite/sound mods? I'm going to make a complete guess and say you know how to mod :p. Also this is the third third time I'm writing this because of crashy mobile safari and login timing out so you better accept this apology/reply!

redownload this. it has a new uuid so no confusion with the weirdo version.

1.03.2 changelog:
-restructured Saniman's flamebreath attack. Same dps (54), but shoots less bursts, and has faster reload.
-added a Saniman open mouth sprite for when he's shooting.
-made mojo's mech eye laser into a single direction attack
-increased the slide tackle cooldown for Meower (now 60 frames or 2 seconds)
-added a slide tackle cooldown hud icon
-increased the spinmove cooldown for Bo Jackson (also 2 seconds)
-added the Samus carpet bomb for charged morphball
