This is what I have so far:
Mostly balance changes for now.

INS Mod v1.27 Changelog
General:
- Fixed super meter alignment error.

Samus:
- Decreased Charged Beam shot damage slightly
- Mid charge 36 -> 30
- Full charge 52 -> 45
- Decreased Super Missile damage from 60 to 55
- Increased regular Missile projectile speed from 13 to 15
- Increased Morph Bomb damage from 20 to 25

Richter:
- Decreased Whip cooldown after using a Sub-Weapon from 12 to 10 frames

Dhalsim:
- Increased hitpoints from 130 to 140

Vault Boy:
- Increased base stimpack addiction gain per use from 20 to 30.

Dante:
- Raised overall defense from 1.33 to 1.40

Samurais:
- Improved hitbox of the Downward Aerial Slash, so that it covers more of the inside of your sprite.

Adam Jensen:
- Removed 'shades on' mode (object invisibility).
- Added sprint on Spacebar. You can only sprint while uncloaked, and it consumes some energy.

Iji:
- Shooting the Plasma Cannon now moves you backwards slightly.
- You cannot fire your Shotgun in the first 15 frames after firing Plasma Cannon.

Techno Viking:
- Lowered number of Hammer bounces from 3 to 2
- Fixed the Techno Strike hitbox so now it is the proper hitbox (before it was the same sprite as your character).
- Added additional Techno Strike angles. You can now angle it up, diagonal up, diagonal down, and down.

Slain:
- Lowered primary fire damage from 40 to 36.
- Decreased secondary fire projectile speed from 5 to 4.5

Asiafat:
- Increased the overall projectile speed of Bio Goo
- Small 14 -> 15
- Medium 12 -> 13
- Large 10 -> 11

Jaina:
- Buffed Whirlwind Kick damage from (5/5/5/30) to (7/7/7/40)
- You can now cancel the dodge animation with any attack after 5 frames.
Also had a good discussion with Vein about Red Mage and Bard buffs to make their melee attacks more rewarding. It will be interesting.

Huge buffs for Bo Jackson incoming. I fully implemented that run meter charge idea I posted a while back. There are small arrows underneath your health that indicate the direction and total meter, sort of like super mario bros 3. It goes up to a max of 6 arrows in one direction

You have to attack in the direction of the arrows to activate the charged up attacks.
2 arrows: small projectile stiffarm (20 + 20 damage)
4 arrows: large projectile stiffarm (20 + 30 damage)
3 arrows: medium megatackle (30 damage)
6 arrows: large megatackle (50 damage)

I'll post a video of this later tomorrow.

1.27 is the version I am currently working on, which is not yet public.

Sorry for hosting with 10 second respawn. I was testing new gib mechanics in the new version and needed a longer time. I forgot to change it back to 5 sec respawn.

With Kid, you'll want to go for the critical shots most of the time (when the gun flashes white). If you don't have that shot lined up, I will usually roll. Once you build up enough of a rhythm, your opponent will catch onto it and know when to dodge your bullets. That's when you mix up your timing between not rolling and shooting a max charge and canceling your charge with a hammer swing. It really helps you catch people off guard and get a lot of easy hits.

Also, lol @ that one time where me, Intel and this other dude all got squished by the elevator at the same time on norfair. lmao
