Hmmmmm. this doesn't appear to be true, although I guess his soccer ball and slide tackle help a lot.
The damage on the soccer ball seems to go from mundane to holy shit what, but I'm fairly sure that's the fault of GM's collision detection system in some way (i.e. ball gets trapped on/in/next to someone for massive hits).
I dominate with Meower. He
never runs out of options to attack with compared to similarly fast classes. He can initiate with soccer ball, harass with knives in between, has a double jump, get in close, make heavy hits with slide tackle, hit the ball again, and all the while, reload his soccerball for another hit. I honestly think he's up there for best class in the game.
Also, does the charisma heal field work? I've never seen it do so. And is it a good idea to have Vault Boy harm his teammates? I mean I understand the reasoning but jesus it doesn't even work on your opponents
The Vault Boy has a special charisma based aura, that either auto-regens nearby teammates, or hurts them, similar to the healer's auto-regen. 10 charisma gives nearby allies +5 hp/sec, while 1 charisma gives nearby allies -4 hp/sec.
Also, I'm the best Sorceress, Meower, Rebel, and Iji.
