What the heck does Jack's m1 + m2 even do?

Last time I checked, it teleported you directly above your opponent, which as Footpop said, leaves him wide open for a dashcut from Afro. It has potential, but it's rather fiddly. You often end up wasting Rage meter teleporting over and over since it doesn't have even a second of cooldown after the first teleport, so you have to take your finger RIGHT off the block button as soon as you do it. It's not nearly as useful as the dashcut, in my opinion.

Welp, I can most certainly play INSmod on arena maps, where you gradually lose players. I was actually able to hold my own against a Hasted Vein-as-Vein and his little Red Mage by myself! I kept getting Vein down to nubbins of health, but then he'd stop and let his pet Red Mage bat my Sig away while he heals. I couldn't kill either of them, they protected and complimented eachother just too well for my Sig to chew them up! :z9: I only died once against them, but I could never kill any of them by myself. My partner incorrectly read my constant :e: as me asking for a medic, when I was trying to get him to come over to me so I could heal him. Still, since you put in my class description, people will actually come to ME first to be healed rather than me being forced to chase them around before showing them that I was also half medic.

Anyway, once it goes to a TDM map it lags like hell for me. Maybe that's why I couldn't seem to play anymore, because the host was using mostly TDM maps? I think it has to do with the overlays, or maybe the extra code required for environmental hazards. Either way, they're unplayable for me. Completely unplayable. And two Mojo mechs make so much lag, Christ that was unbearable in that Dirtbowl match.

So I decide to venture into the strange and alien world of INS. I'll just do what I did when I first started playing GG2: Play Medic and learn the ropes.

Is there a reason you made it so Drool can't use his shield while healing? If not, could you change it? And if not not, can you make it so that pressing space stops healing and uses shield. Currently you have to release M1 and then press space to use shild which seems unnecessary. You could also do the same for Drool's (down+)M2 attacks so you don't have to always release M1 before doing anything else

Also, Vein's server is up after crashing

Also, can you make it so Honda and Dhalsim don't lose their meter after each Arena round?  It is hard to build up and it sucks to not be able to do their Ultras.

Not going to make the Marine rjump higher because he already has great mobility with stimpack. If I make it any better it will scale too much with a healer on his side.

I know about the headbutt glitch. I just haven't gotten around to fixing it completely. I'll look into it right now.

I can't really do this without drastically changing how their super meter works. Right now it's just a variable in their respective weapon objects, and since weapons/character objects are destroyed and respawned at the beginning of arena rounds, the variables are reset as well. In order to have them maintain meter, I would need to make an additional variable in the player object (like the STATS array).

K I'm not sure if this has been brought up but Reisen's cloak field some glitches.

Tassadar - His background, move effect and weapon don't cloak.
Samuria Jack - His weapon doesn't cloak
Cryaslid and AcidLead - Melee's arent cloaked

These where the major ones I found, there might be others.

Speaking of Reisen's cloaking field, I remember a glitch where Reisen's cloaking field completely made me invisible while I was playing Jaina. I couldn't see my character and this was after the Reisen cloaking field fix.

I'm almost done spriting all the skill huds.

Would anyone be interested if I uploaded and posted them all? There's like, over 180 primary/skill icons. It could be useful for discussions and strategies, sorta like other MOBA forums.

Artistic stuff is definitely something I can offer constructive criticism of without my computer being too slow to give it effectively, so yes, please do!

Since RM is dead in terms of development, I might start hosting INS a little bit.

If you do, please host plenty of Arena maps for me? My poor compy can't take very many INSmod players playing at once. :z7:
