Lol, thanks.

Also, on the topic of Vault Boy. Yes, people can get stuck with bad stats, but nobody ever leaves spawn in that condition. Everybody just repeatedly changes back and forth between vault boy and scout until they get good stats.

I don't see how it would be possible to balance V-B, though. Quite the predicament.

If vault boy's gauss rifle is overpowered then we should probably have vault boy's loadout only change when he dies from an enemy and not from switching classes or environmental causes. Then it would actually be random.

When I get bad vault boy stats I deal with it.

However, I may add more high stat based perks for other stats without a huge effect right now (perception, and luck), so people are more inclined to stick with bad weapons but good perks.

Maybe mysterious stranger for high luck, and some sort of extra sensory radar for high perception.

Also, there are tons of possibilities for stat combination based perks. lol  However, I wanted to save this type of stuff for the far future, because it is quite complex and hard to balance.

Hmmmmm. this doesn't appear to be true, although I guess his soccer ball and slide tackle help a lot.

The damage on the soccer ball seems to go from mundane to holy shit what, but I'm fairly sure that's the fault of GM's collision detection system in some way (i.e. ball gets trapped on/in/next to someone for massive hits).

Also, does the charisma heal field work? I've never seen it do so. And is it a good idea to have Vault Boy harm his teammates? I mean I understand the reasoning but jesus it doesn't even work on your opponents

Yeah, it works.  It is just one of those things that people do not look out for because they forget about it.
I tried sticking around someone with a Charisma of like 9 or 10 and it didn't seem to affect their depleted health.
