ctf is a fucked up gamemode in this mod. there are some really cheap things you can do with most classes, like snare, saniman, sorceress, bo jackon, rebel, anna, and dr doom.

This, the game has so many characters that can overpower their way through CTF, which is why most INSmod players just treat it like TDM unless there's a lot lot lot of players. It's more fun to do that anyway!

It's also why I design the tdm maps (with the exception of norfair's wallmask).

I don't think any class is overly dominant on any of the tdm maps. I think Chryssalid is really good on Bunker, but less so on the other ones. Xan is really good on Bunker. Mojo, Shepard and Slain are good on Deck_16. Sorceress is really good on Norfair. etc.

That'd actually be very fun to experiment with, in my opinion.

Red's got all these powerhouse pushing classes, while blue has all these really good defensive and support classes. Red would have the clear advantage, but Blue would definitely make it interesting with their unusual styles, like Drool's defensive bubble or Mojo's Mecha. For that matter, imagine having ALL OF DIRTBOWL at your disposal as the Mecha! That'd be pretty fun at least. :hehe16:

The problem is getting enough players for such a large map! :z4:

I forget, is it blue or red that attacks in a/d cp? if it's red, then dirtbowl would be a lot of fun.

Yes his sort of teleportation thing is so helpfull and powerfull. I will just pop out of nowhere in front of an enemy and then Lueger, Void Knight and slash their face off.

you can shoot and stab at the same time. i don't know if this is intentional.

edit: everyone post your favourite class and why, or your favourite cheap strategies. the discussion helps drown out the sounds of me not working on the mod lel
