The samurais need a buff, to be able to able to get in close range and more evasiveness.

- added the Troll Laser for Heheman's M2, and moved Hehe Cloud to Space. Troll Laser is a hitscan attack with a long cooldown that forces the opponent to taunt.
- added an internal cooldown on Sorceress' teleport. 50 frame cooldown, max 3 teleports.
- added all the Killah-Zillah changes from Neurion. Q to medpack an ally 30 hp, M2 to medpack self 30 hp.
- tweaked the samurai's M1 slash so that it isn't as rapid, but does slightly more damage per hit.
- fixed the samurai block so it should work correctly now.
- added some damage falloff to Iji's Plasma Cannon. Does less damage when it's closer to the edges.
- fixed the mojo bug when he dies and his mech is out
- added tdm_metrostation. A large team deathmatch map based on Fallout 3. Uses
- added dkoth support.

This update shall be known as 1.08: The Kickass Update. :wuv:

Can't wait to download and play this!!

I already know this and it's a planned feature. I've said it a bunch of times a while back.

Uploading this now because whatever.

I added the samurai dash (space bar). Takes up about 30 energy, and gives him some projectile invincibility.

I've downloaded it 3 times now and it keeps telling me the .RAR is empty when I try to extract it.. any idea why it could be doing this??

Same here when I use WinRAR, just use 7Zip.

Rebel, got a bug for ya! Me and Neu worked hard to make that crouch code PERFECT, but somehow her arms are screwed up! What happened during the conversion?? Her arms are supposed to be aligned two pixels up and two forwards to the right since she's hunched over a little, which angles her chest down, but now her arms are coming out her back and aligned with the middle of her chest!

Oh, but I did notice that you fixed her inability to refill ammo from a medcabinet, that was one thing we had forgotten and only remembered last night.

Area denial man is best friend on smoother server, I hate medkits. Yay, ball of Area Denial Man + Vein = Crash.

Also did heheman's drills get a buff? They are murdering the Area Denial Guy instantly. :s

DAMN KZ'S FUN! She's EXACTLY how I wanted her to be, she fills out her assigned role perfectly, and she's just a complete blast to play as! I honestly think she's perfect, flat out perfection now. Apart from that crouching glitch, she's as perfect as she can get!

For those wondering why I wasn't healing them, her medkits have a 5 second cooldown, and a TEN second delay for getting a new medkit. They're meant for emergency use only because of that extreme length of time it takes to use/aquire new ones, they're not meant to be spammed. She's like the Vein of Blue Team now, a very intimidating force. She still has a hard time catching and killing her opponents, but her medkits make certain she can't just be annihilated anymore. It's a battle of wits and careful pushing when you play against KZ, you've got to be smart and corner her, or attack her from afar. Area of effect attacks like Slain's explosive orb and Techno's hammer make fairly quick work of her still, but if we buffed her against those classes she would be TOO powerful. I think we've finally gotten her just right!

I just thought of the most awesome thing I could experience in INSmod.

DKOTH. AS KZ. That would rock ORGASMS. She could heal her teammates AND help in the offense!

As for the other classes, that electric demon guy seems very powerful, but not TOO powerful. I like him a lot, and am very interested in seeing what he can do in the future. I didn't get a good look at any of the changes you made, but the next time someone hosts I'll be playing as something other than KZ so I can give better feedback on them. Afterall, KZ's done in my opinion, so it wouldn't be fair to only play as her when there's other characters that need testing!

I think all this fanmade stuff is really helping the mod. No offense rebel, but you can't think of everything. you've thought of most things, but not everything.

I think all this fanmade stuff is really helping the mod. No offense rebel, but you can't think of everything. you've thought of most things, but not everything.

Opening the source ONLY to people who aren't expecting him to do all the work is definitely a great decision of his! As you said, there's so many other ideas out there, and he can't think of ALL of them! Opening it only to people who are willing to do some of the work themselves ensures the mod stays fresh, but doesn't sacrifice balance or end up getting completely random stuff thrown in merely for the sake of adding new characters. Each new character adds something to the game as a whole, whether it's Heheman's clouds or the Samurai's ability to break up enemy groups into chaos.
