If we are taking about balance then dr. Doom probably shouldn't be able to fly with the intel and a destroyed mecha shouldn't give back 75% of bolts.
Actually can I make a request on dr.doom's controls? Could you have it so that he only uses Photon Array (down+m1 while in air) when his jets are off? The Plasma Beam is more useful more of the time than the former and makes it hard to control since depending on gravity to go down makes you more vulnerable than using jets.
Great mod anyway and very well made

i was going to make doom a lot slower with the intel while flying.

what do you guys think about limited cloak on saniman?

yes limit the cloak but leave it quite long or it will ruin the character

saniman cloak meter will be similar to that one motion cloaking thing in tf2. if you stand still, it doesn't deplete; if you move it depletes.
after a shot, there's a short cloak delay so you can't instantly recloak. therefore you have to calculate your first shot and make sure it kills.

That actually sounds like a very balanced idea.. I like it!
