i found the clip in a video, edited in sony vegas, exported it as an avi, then used some sort of avi to gif conversion program.

Why didn't you use the built-in avi to gif converter using sony vegas?

What would be the influence of this sort of stuff on spatial control ?

EDIT : No I mean I suggested, if the map is actually 50% underwater and has air bubbles, what influence would they have on space control ?
