I ported over the lobby code, but I didn't do much testing.

I forget most of the changes I did. lol
- Samus can do high jump now IIRC
- Try out the new Q/C

I THINK that may be a problem with the lobby server trying to determine what version of GG2 this is.. don't blame me if I'm wrong though, I'm really just guessing.
