no, i mean the inner edge of the right side of his coat. there's little squarish parts that go down 2 pixels and over 2 pixels. it's not as smooth as it could be. any 2 pixel deviations should be near the end of the line, so it appears smoother.

The entire inner edge, not just the bottom.

You're using MS Paint, correct? Just use the curve tool.

i wouldn't recommend using the curve tool. learn how to do curves manually.
