can non sprite mods be on an older version

yeah as soon as my multi weapons mod is finished then i could enter it but its on 2.3.1 and I may see if I can enter my mod for sani's challange but thats on b36d

This is actually a slightly interesting question and I shall anticipate the answer of the person in charge.

Not like it matters to me, since you won't be able to recognize anything to begin with.

I wouldn't be entering if they couldn't.

You know, so I wouldn't have to judge the visual abominations visual abominations instead.

Note: I won't actually call them visual abominations when I'm actually judging them.

Yes, non sprite mods can be based on any version.
Sprite mods have to be compatible with current one.
