Random Chatter is back (for now)

This brings back memories. Not always good ones, but hey, nostalgia makes everything better.

As an experiment, I have re-opened the RC forum. It used to be a lawless place, but the new incarnation will be slightly less so. In particular, the general forum rules still apply. However, if you have something incredibly off-topic to say, or just feel like derailing a thread or two, now you have a place outside of the other forums.

It is in your own best interest not to let it get too wild. If it doesn't work out, the new RC will be closed again just like the old one.

Yep. Let's add Random Chatter back when we could have a developer's blog, map contests, art contests, a forum to discuss new game mechanics planned to be added (not Feature Requests unless it wants to be used like that), etc. Oh wait. That won't happen. Because no one listens to me.

Just saying, if it has a negative effect on the rest of the forum RC *will* be removed again. We'll also have a general discussion about whether it's a good idea to keep it. If you want to start with that now, please start a new thread in Website&Forums.
