Made a few minor adjustments here and there, I think I'm done with the character sprites.

i think the walk cycle makes sniper look like he's stomping, just me
that rocket is super duper cool

Also I was wondering if partial directional aiming could be a thing? The gun sprite would stay the same while the torso/arms would adjust position every 45 degrees. It could help keep the character sprites look less disjointed when aiming anywhere but dead straight.

2nd intel
i prefer the 4 frames walk cycle because since that the upper body is static it clash less with the animated leg. Or maybe it's because i feel like the feet stay too long in contact with the ground in your 8 frames animation?

check this for directionnal aiming, but it seems like too much work

I'd like to see 8-or-16-directional torso leans based on aim direction in the game, but I'd also like to see payload too so fuck me.

Also, maybe they could use a frame or two with both feet off the ground.

Looking very good. I like the wider stride.

I think that v1 would work for heavy and soldier, given that they move so slowly. v3 would probably best for the faster characters, and v2 best for middleweight characters like demoman.

Is the the final pallete you want to use btw?

also these were the intel sprites you had in the old sprite pack, did you want these changed?
