[Client-Side] Low Health Warning v1.1

Have you ever forgotten to notice how little health you have?
No? Then have you ever wanted a beeping sound in your ear all the time?
No? Then are you PrOF?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then don't fear, because I have just what you need!
Just get below 40hp (customizable) and a beep will remind you of your imminent death! :hehe16:

Any ideas/requests?
I noticed that the beeping sound goes off twice as fast on 60 FPS.
You might want to use framez += global.delta_factor (that's the correct var to use, right?) instead of just +1.

Whether people would necessarily utilise this is another story, but being able to set a percentage of class health could be something to add (but would get annoying for say heavies)

The percentage could be modifiable in the plugin options

It's update time!

- Sound now doesn't play when either RED or BLU win the game
- Health amount can now be a percentage
- Fixed sound being played at different speeds on 60 and 30 fps It was surprisingly easy

-Fixed timing issues while using some of my other plugins
-Sound now doesn't play when stalemates happen
