Thanks Woodneck, and the item creators. I nearly used all the hats you guys created for this.  I didn't do much work since this plugin was originally from Vindicator. I changed a bit of the coding (seriously I did nothing, thank YB, and ajf).

This is a hats plugin. To use it, do the following,
ServerPluginList=hats
ServerPluginsRequired=0

There may be problems with those who have haxxies, hehe xd, deal with it.

No, it's not required. There's no networking involved, so it shouldn't break anything if a client doesn't download the plugin.
Also, you can download the plugin from the plugins page, unzip it and dump it into your Plugins folder, and it will work. You might want to rename plugin.gml to something like hats.gml however.

Edit2: I attached a collage so you can see how it looks, you probably will need to fix the offset and size for most of the sprites, and also maybe figure out something to fix the vertical offset due to the walking animation, and the ledge animation (see bottom middle blu heavy on second screenshot)

Yea, it works client side also. But wait, what do you mean you don't have to download it. The hat sprites wouldn't load if you skip the download (or am I wrong).

ServerPluginsRequired=1 forces all clients to have to download the plugin to join th server, instead of giving them the option to connect without the plugin.
