Yes, it's nice.
If you want, see thumbnail part of my guideline on this topic for more information.
You can use your item's sprite like you submitted, or you can create another image for your item like in my guideline.

Also it's okay but using divisor of 256 for your thumbnail looks more good on my website. Like, 64*64 or 32*32.
