No clear way to recover the point without endless mindless frontal, or a decent uber that's rather rare in these days

Two points to consider,
1. An elevated point behind the launcher and player-walling the launcher to allow bullets through (Rifleman)
2. Create an underground section in the hill, there are plenty of good examples in old maps

Also, hopefully you've team-walled the exit to the launcher, Detonators can jump that easily to cause havoc

Maybe a visual representation would be better, gonna use the v2 wm
remove the grey from WM and place playerwalls
