Pyro isn't really cool to play if you've people just killing you while you try to run to the basket.

I think games should be 'Soldiers/Detos vs Soldiers/Detos' and 'Pyros vs Pyros'.

And for Pyros vs Pyros matches, I'd place healboxes everywhere to avoid players from killing eachother, and I'd make pyros automatically drop the ball after 2/3/idk seconds because otherwise they can simply run to the basket, jump and score (even though they need quite a long time to do so because the other pyros slow them by airblasting)
Just a simple question, how else do you get the enemy player to drop the ball besides when they drop it using 'drop intel'? I found killing was both great and annoying, but ultimately it disallowed a player to just walk from on end of the map to the other scoring a point. If you give them 'god mode' then there's going to have to be some code to have the player drop the ball one way or another besides 'drop intel'

I suggested this for 'Pyros vs Pyros' matches only in which killing people just makes the game be boring in my opinion, for detos/soldiers matches, "intel auto-drop" wouldn't be needed because here killing isn't a problem. (so, healboxes aren't needed)


But yea YB's idea seems good if you want games with both detos and pyros.
-Pyros' flames would make players drop the intel while not killing them (fixes the killing problem that ruins matches and it also prevents people from being "god mode")
-HP nerf to 60 or so prevents deto from stickyjumping too many times (twice maximum) which is probably a good thing because with 120 hp (4 stickyjumps) they can literally cross the map and score everytime, pyro can't compete with 120 HP deto.

Here's what I planned

 - HP = 70 for every class
 - if HP = 0,drop ball and force reload (can't shoot until the time you'd need to reload your weapon has passed). No death.
 - if HP < maxHp / 2 , speed reduced (linear scale, down to ~85%)
 - if HP < 15, can't grab the ball (unsure about that one)
 - Burn duration will be considerably reduced, because burning players on 0 hp will not be able to do anything for too long otherwise

We also want medics to dunk.
Planned classlimit rates:
 :x22: 0.3x    :x23: 0.1x    :x25: 0.15x    :x26: 0.08x
