its inefficient but it does the trick
REMEMBER THAT PLUGIN OPTIONS IS A THING AND YOU NEED THAT THING TO MODIFY THE LEVEL OF BLURRINESS YOU WANT

you might consider using "sprite" instead of "sprite_index"

also copying the code out of the draw event for characters which determines what "sprite" is.

new update; check OP
added toggles
if blur is on in general, the other two don't need to be on
the other two are there if the blur is off but you still want scouts and/or ubers to still be blurry

same place damage indicator's stuff is because i was too lazy to figure out how to add menus myself so i just stole lorgan's stuff
