Gang Garrison Builder 2

This mod doesn't add any extra gameplay but rather overhauls some stuff behind the scenes and adds (improved!) garrison builder functionality to the game.

Main features:
- The builder itself is basically one big plugin making it extremely easy for plugins to add custom entities or extra buttons to it.
- Extra features such as symmetry mode and scale mode which makes your work a lot easier.
- Smooth and instant toggling between playtesting and building.
- Smaller menu with tooltips, using a modified version of Skeledude's sprites.
- GGON map saving format which allows resizing of entites (vanilla can't decompile these maps)

you already pretty much won the plugin haxxies and yet you aren't satisfied with just one

Not always, mostly just bare files like exe's, dll's, or bat's and such that normally you'd find zipped up

Found some bugs (the map gets compiled to the wm instead of the bg) so wait before using this maybe.

Have yet to test this, but I just hope the old GB issues are fixed, such as;
When creating a new map, no level data is saved until you reload them a second time and compiling before exiting
Whether creating a new or loading an old, whichever is loaded last (wm or bg) is where the data is saved to
Loading a map an already existing map, you have to load the bg a second time to make any changes or it won't save

Yeah the code is new so those bugs are gone. (But the version in the op always saves to the walkmask because I mixed up some variables I think and because of a dumb mistake playtesting the map destroys the compressed walkmask.)
