THREAD CHALLENGE #6: "Clark Kent-ation"
Make a post doing the best impersonation of somebody else from the forum.
"I apologize for the emergency meeting, Mercantiles. I trust you all understand the urgency with being summoned during your shift hours.
Bann Mercantile Group is in crisis. My informants have reported that our sworn enemy, Mr Haxton Sale, has planted infiltrators deep undercover within our ranks. That normally wouldn't be a problem; however, the reports confirm that these infiltrators are armed with disguise kits supplied by their three-dimensional compatriots.
I shudder to think what these undercover agents could do to our colleagues and to our company. They could be any one of you - taking your appearance, your mannerisms, and at worst, your hard earned credits.
Mercantiles, we will not let Mr Sale's dirty hands smear the integrity of our company. Be aware of everyone - even those closest to you. Find the doppelgangers. And bring their heads back on a metal platter."
Dismissed.
Example: well I feel that the best way for interest to return in itemserver is to change the admins around... it doesn't help when no-one knows which items should be added and which fail the standards... which shouldn't have been put in place.
honestly the current item approval system only makes it harder for people to submit items. the point of submissions is for item makers to express their creativity... which is the problem of blocking angels in the first place, they were some of the most creative items made. people can help each other with technicalities like bitmixing and animation glitches with weapons... there is no need for a restrictive set of guidelines for something meant to be fun.
i mean if the approval system was changed so only zaspai approved and pushed them in like the old days, many of the current problems wouldn't exist... it just feels that itemserver is no longer appreciated for what it was born to be... people want to play gg2 for fun sometimes, and that's what itemserver brings.
Apologies to the person who was being impersonated here if any offense was taken - none was intended. Tip 1: If you're struggling, base your impersonation on a good forum friend. Chances are you know their posting mannerisms.
