First of all, I'd like to point out that I'm West Coast and this makes me mad as hell. I can not do this at 11 in the morning.
I for one will literally be asleep when this starts. I hope you take my raincheck.
So a time shift to the weekend, perhaps Saturday 2-3pm EST (or even a bit later, since weekend) would be more acceptable? (Lack of sleep discipline is not a convincing argument, as an aside.)
EDIT:
2 is just quite possibly the worst time that could have been picked
5:30 PM would suit people with schedules on the west coast as well as EUs that are willing to stay up late. it's not hard.
Will keep in mind. (Also, I won't be able to make any tourney thanks to my living on the other side of the world, but you don't see me complaining. Perhaps it's because I'm an organizer.)
EDIT 2: Also assuming I remember correctly, PUGs are usually at 2-3pm EST anyways?
All you have to do is think shit through before you write the posts and it won't end up like this. Something feel like it might cause a problem? Replace it with something that can't possibly fail. Easy.
"won't end up like this" - Firstly the tourney hasn't even been hosted yet, please save your presumptuous remarks - whether they eventuate to be true or not - until afterwards.
Secondly, unlike the perfect workings of your mind, dear Wareya, we are working as a team unit on something completely new (Raybanns in general, not tourneys), and as you most certainly know from your wealth of experience there's going to be glitches along the way. Do people expect something perfect on first go? We can make concessions as things progress through the weeks, but if YOUR sole purpose is to pick at every imperfection that deviates from your ideal vision of whatever it is you'd like to call the Raybanns, please, I invite you to prepare an activity of this scale on your own.
Second of all, why the hell is this being done on Randomizer Mod? Most of the people who play Gang Garrison have never played it. It's obsolete at this point. The last time it was updated was 2 years ago--do you even know the engine upgrades that have been made since then?
Sparky answers this:
...so I guess organizers want people to try different things like Randomizer, maybe INS mod etc
This entire Raybann's event has been very poorly put together.
Please elaborate on areas of most concern from your point of view. (Actually, everyone please do.)
