First of all:
Hi. I'm back, can't resist modding/hacking this game.

So I've been working on an actual itemserver plugin and it's basically done,
just need to tweak some things and get a couple more items to start off with first.

Here is a wall of text full of spelling errors about it, the third last topic is the most important one because it explains how to make an item (and I want people to make more items! :3)

Ignore the fact that the site looks somewhat ugly and simple, I dislike making lay-outs.

To use this plugin add "itemserver" to the end of "ServerPluginList". Split multiple server plugins with a comma. This plugin is not required (in theory)

How are you handling the taunts though, for hats? Or are you just ignoring them and the hats disappear?

Thanks, but the plugin isn't for complete 'subclasses'. You could totally turn it into a hat though. Just need a description and a 64*64 thumbnail then. These are the thumbnails for the current items as reference: http://l3.ajf.me/gg2/items.php

Yeah, they dissapear during animations. Else it would require more effort to support the animations than making the hats. And I can't really force someone that wants to make a custom taunt to add support for every hat.

Thanks. The cloaked sprites are the 2 last frames, not the first. I fixed it to test it.

It seems a bit too big (because it's all 1*1 pixels instead of 2*2), the fire could be a bit bigger and maybe make the cloaked version more opaque. (I also need a description and a thumbnail here to add it)

I currently disabled registering because the trading is incomplete and it's useless to have an account if the plugin isn't live yet :p

Can you send in taunts for hats (and maybe angels) though? As in, making them visible during stock taunts. And maybe during unique taunts too, if you can somehow make support for that.

No it will become a mess that way. Even the intel doesn't show up when taunting in vanilla so it shouldn't be a big deal.
