weekly community main menu screens [supported, ongoing]

so the concept here is simple. every week a main menu screen made by the artistic people of the community is chosen to be on the main menu of gg2. so when the game starts up it retrieves the current weekly main menu and uses it as the main menu. this would mean more community involvement and the artists of the arts section wont feel so left out of the game.  :woot:

The only problem I see here is people getting lazy, and new screens not being made after a few weeks. But other than that, I like it.

The only problem I see here is people getting lazy, and new screens not being made after a few weeks. But other than that, I like it.
if people get lazy then we reuse old screens

Background
1!"I wandered lonely as a cloud" by Elkozohpheon

It checks the version of the background (1) against an ini value (Background->BackgroundVersion). If this version is newer, it downloads http://www.ganggarrison.com/background.png to background.png, and stores the new version and title (Background->BackgroundTitle = '"I wandered lonely as a cloud" by Elkozohpheon') in the ini. Then, it updates the currently displayed menu background to the new one. GG2 when starting checks the INI value and loads and displays the background. The title is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the main menu.

When changed, though, you would have to hotswap the main menu image once the update message finally comes in, though, which could get annoying to watch. We could avoid this by downloading a background in advance or something.

It does hotswap, yeah. Maybe I could make it crossfade in?
