Some plug-ins like that one when you wait a few second before fighting at the first moments of a map, chat, classlimits(1 everything), intermission map. Pretty straightforward. Also,

I'd assume you find the BBall plugin in the plugins subforum? I'm not sure if you can turn it off, which may be a problem.

Make a new text file (right click>new text file) in your Plugins folder, rename it to BBall.gml (delete the .txt extension and go past the warning)
Open with Notepad, copy/paste the code in and save.
