I'm surprised no one requested a sound fix so far. I mean, it's really obvious there's something to be done about it.

I care about a sound fix too, since I also use Windows 8. I just haven't got round to it yet.

did you know that spinning stars work like this???

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. execute_strings on fire off the shoulder of Overmars. I watched object-beams glitter in the dark near the room_goto_fix. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears...in...rain. Time to die.

I used a proper sound extension instead of game makers' shit. But it was buggy because not all sounds are played via playsound()

The update link moved from ganggarrison.com/finally to ganggarrison.com/updatepages/finally.
Urgh. Sorry about that, I'm fixing.
Edit: Fixed.

FYI I had already fixed the homepage link to point to /updatepages/finally; I'm not sure how clean you want the URLs to look.

Far more than that. It's a PITA to have to mute GG2 every time I run it, and I often forget, and it sucks.
