These heads being the [font=Monotype Corsiva][size=14pt]ArchDean[/size][/font], the [font=Monotype Corsiva][size=14pt]Dean[/size][/font], and the [font=Monotype Corsiva][size=14pt]Vice-Dean[/size][/font]. All working in a Democratic way that the ArchDean has first say, Dean having second and Vice-Dean having third with the students having the fourth say. Any suggestions made by a party whether Dean or not have to be sent, through a vote to the ArchDean where any party can veto the vote along the way. In any case I, the ArchDean have full say but in quick, fight or flight decisions, the Duke or Vice-Duke can make a decision.
