Dynamic Killcams

The killcam is boring and also horrible. Still images are nice but getting a better view of the action would be nicer.

The proposal is to make it so that rather than a still image, the killcam continues tracking the killer and functions in the same manner that it would already (Still Zooms in and displays the killer's health and all that junk}

We could also use this as an excuse to lump killcam options into the HUD option menu

Sounds familiar.
How about changing the kill-cam so that rather than zooming in on the player that killed you have the camera track them for a couple seconds or until you re-spawn and that's it.

Spectating at the moment has player tracking. Couldn't we just make the killcam be replaced with making spectating track your killer, and overlay the normal bars, then?

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. execute_strings on fire off the shoulder of Overmars. I watched object-beams glitter in the dark near the room_goto_fix. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears...in...rain. Time to die.

How about recording the action and doing a slo-mo replay, CoD-style? Like, keep 2 - 3 seconds of player's life recorded somehow.
Though I've no idea how GM works with this sort of thing, so don't call me out on this.
