at the beginning of the map no one can move for 10 seconds

maybe a noticeO message saying so/counting down if you're feeling fancy

On top of this i'd like to see the ability to kill team mates during setup time and round finish time.

I'm working on it, something more elegant/interesting than just being frozen.

Honestly 10 seconds is too long. 5-7 is a lot better.

My current code accounts for time differences, change the 10's at the code's start to whatever you want and it'll work just fine.
