it's a shame that the one time lebron showed up in the 4th quarter everyone else forgot to

at least that's better than my hawks because none of them showed up lol

Well Knicks had a good season I am not going to lie the Heat are just too good for them. I was looking more towards next year where they would have Shumpert and Lin back and I can smell a much better season next year for the Knicks. Now time to go front running and go for the Heat to win the playoffs.

matt bonner averages 20 ppg on 65% 3 point percentage and gets finals mvp
manu ginobili dunks on lebron james
tony parker breaks wade's ankles twice
tim duncan hits a jumper

I don't think Spurs well go past the conf finals IMO. They may be organized but no athleticism what some ever. Also an injury to a key player and the spurs are done, I think OKC and Lakers can survive a key injury.

Re: NBA Playoffs | Imo a Thunder and Heat final
« Reply #40 on: May 10, 2012, 08:34:51 pm »

I think the Thunder are much more vulnerable. Recall when Artest elbowed Hardin and took him out that the Lakers went on a tear from like 19 down and beat them. If Durant or Westbrook has a bad night they're really in trouble. Conversely, the Spurs have done much of what they've done while resting some or all of their three main guys(including Popovich taking them with him while he was away from the team to make sure they rested instead of played).

The Thunder also turn the ball over a LOT for a championship team.

Deepest bench in the league
Best coached team; runs their systems perfectly with interchangeable parts
Tony parker is unstoppable
Tons of rest = less risk of injury in first place
Athleticism is not a huge issue in the playoffs where everything is slowed down
Thunder are fucked if one of harden westbrick durant are injured or have a bad game
Lakers are vulnerable as fuck especially after game 6 shitfest where they got hard bodied by the nuggets

As in they have to stop twice as long for every single foul?
