Sorceress teleport is so nice
pre-release I thought it was most OP class, but now i think it's pretty mid-tier with its output based largely on how the player manages teleports
With the low health she has and the teleport's tendency to place her in the range of fire she is kept under control.

With vault boy I didn't notice a change in speed no matter what skills I got

you know in 2.2 there is a control changing bug when you chnage down to anthing other than S it will revert to S once you quit, this is fixed on 2.3 but not on INS mod so could you fix it, its really annoyig

dhalsim's teleport should go more farther

also you probably don't want to add more characters but here's a suggestion:

Michelangelo (tmnt) - 125 hp

m1: melee nunchaku attack. if charged, he shoots a slightly bigger nunchaku which takes down/reflects certain projectiles, goes through multiple enemies and also comes back to him
m2: goes on his skateboard (faster, and he can jump while on it), pressing m1 while on the skateboard makes him do a spin attack with his nunchakus
down + m1: eats a pizza which regenerates 50 hp
