Gang Garrison 2.3.5: The smallest update

The update is to mitigate the effect of the upcoming server downtime discussed here.

Changelog for modders who want to know exactly what happened:

- Changed the LOBBY_SERVER_HOST constant from "ganggarrison.com" to "gg2.game-host.org" so we can switch to a different lobby server when this one is down for maintainance
- Changed the VERSION constant to 23500 for the update message checker, as well as the program version in Global Game Settings.
- Changed the program version to 2.3.5

GG2 - Asks for auto update when you start game, OR, go to Download page. It's not like he's a newbie either...and Derp posted above me with the link...
