A: Soon to be announced. All I can say is that you won't be disappointed.
Q: I won't win anyway, so why would I enter?
A: How do you know? Everyone has chances, there are no da Vincis here. You can always try the screenshot category, if you don't feel like doing anything.
Q: I don't know how to...
A: Your question has probably been answered multiple times before, there might even be some guides or tutorials. I linked to some in category-specific rules. Or try search function.
Q: Can I use stuff from Gang Garrison, like sprites or music?
A: As long as main idea is yours, it's fine. Making video using them is fine, but pasting them onto a box and saying it's an icon - not so much.
