I put this in the server on purpose

I found out that the quote rocket launcher coding was still in the game, all the way down to the gibbing check, the only thing changed was the fact that quote's weapon was different.

I did a test on normal gravity, there's a one in three chance of every quote kill being a rocketlauncher kill
