Here's what i'm talking about.

1) Why in hell aren't you using NAGN's GB?
2) If you do that, the Test Map button should work perfectly fine as long as your GB.exe is in the same or a child directory of your Gang Garrison directory.

The GB I have is the one posted by Lieche.
http://www.ganggarrison.com/forums/index.php?topic=22713.0
It's the somewhat updated version. My only problem is that I finally learned how to successfully use it, and I'd hate to go through the learning process again with another GB. =/

I'll try NAGN's GB later today.

When you don't have access to the files, quite difficult,  actually,

Cspot's GB is the SUPER old one. I think it's the first GB they put up (it even still has the old GG2 icon). It only did CTF maps (I think).
About Leiche's GB:
I was able to build Arena, CTF and Gen type maps off of this one. The're in the maps fourm. My only problem was when I tried to make CP maps. The CP icon sprites would randomly change teams whenever it saved. :z8:

no CSPOT's version was supported up to 2.1.1, which included CTF and CP modes (also with the varients such as A/D and multistage to a point)

anyways if you want a version with improved Test map features use my version

http://www.ganggarrison.com/forums/index.php?topic=23113.0

it's basically the latest version, with some added tweaks

Hold on a second.
Why do we have mulitple stickies of all of the old versions of GB? None of them have been recently updated. This should become a sticky.
I found it hard to find a updated version of GB when I deleted my old version of GB. All of the "offical" builds were old except for Leiche's. And now even Leiche supports this version.
:z2: Anyone agree/disagree? :z2:

if you need to mod Garrison Builder it's better to do an olderversion

the basic idea is that it's seperate from the way GG2 is updated, you can still create a map with the older tools even if it doesn't support arena and stuff
