Gang Garrison 2: Halloween edition

Attention: ethereal invaders have stormed all known battlegrounds. Purpose unknown, however a resemblance is shared with the previous demolitions expert of the team.

These apparitions have been observed to jam most known weaponry and to cause a slowness in nearby combatants. We have modified the robot models Q and C with specialised weaponry designed to combat this new threat: Bubble unit has been fitted with a canister of holy water, blade deployment servos have been treated to better withstand wear. So far no weapons have been able to properly eradicate the invaders, however holy water has proven effective in dislocating them.

This has been accompanied by a failure of advanced communication relays in all contested areas. Our best technicians are working to recify this immediately.

Advised course of action: Proceed as normal. Deploy Q units where necessary.

Attached file contains all required equipment to see and combat this enemy.

Update: Communications have been restored, software available in the usual place.

Translation: Ghosts are flying around all maps custom or official, they will slow you to a crawl, limit your ability to jump and jam your weapons. Quote/Curly bubblers can make the ghosts move to a different area of the map, and the blades are effective for slightly longer to make using them less of a drain.

Vinmod is incompatible due to new version, I'll port it over ASAP and hope Vindicator doesn't mind.

This is different. Only jams for 1.5 seconds.

Also, there's a minor update. Link replaced. Should be compatible, but fixes a problem with arena maps.

Crap, I missed it, I should look on Announcements more.

EDIT : "Water make ghosts move out" more "Water bubble spam randomly moves transparent floating things resembling taunting demomens from an older version".
