I find ctf_lulz to be the only map I'm actually looking to play on.

=/  cp_lulz is giving me a seizure and I think vertical is a tad unbalanced, even the argument of both end up climbing and falling, one team still starts with the easier one of those two.  I'd like to see them anyways. Hopefully you don't take this as distasteful, just trying to help. I'd like to see more  :c1:

I've always thought of ctf_lulz to be my best one. Vertical was just an idea I had, thought it was pretty cool, though. I don't really feel like posting arena since it looks like Legoland and it's mostly made of 1 pixel lines. And gen requires a lot of jumping and is pretty small. Just couldn't really come up with ideas. If you want to see them, I could post them.

Vertical might be good if it looked much more than a bunch of arbitrary-looking diagonal lines. Jumping up that must be a nightmare too.

Shoot.  I'd like to see and then you could take some ideas in to account and possibly make them better.

The top line is shoot-through.

And there's one more lulz map but the mode isn't out yet.  :hehe:

I like the Arena one actually as long as the legos are easy to walk on. and it may be to open for arena is all. I do like it though.  The other looks like a pain to climb xD

The bumps on the legos aren't part of the walkmask.

No, you have not.  :z3:
And also, maybe all the jumping in gen makes up for how small it is?

Oh man, these maps keep getting better. It makes me want to continue my unfinished maps in my map thread.

The second map is probably arena, right?

Update on the background. Now with moar fences and less floating objects.

how do you make such good maps with MSPaint? What tools do you use the most? How do you make your maps symmetrical?

The best thing is to first draw your map on paper, and then adapt it on Paint, steal art and pallettes from other maps, use Photophiltre to recolor some, to the left side or right side and copy it then flip it horizontally via Paint again.

Photoshop > Paint.net > Photophiltre > Paint (in terms of maps, at least).
The two most important things I'd look for in any map-making program are horizontal flipping and layers.
