Alright, I've been able to create the map. Thanks NAGN.

...Unfortunately my hunch that creating the map in cp wasn't a success and I'm still getting this error code:

                       ^
at position 22: Unknown variable team

Blu dragon told me that it's a problem with points being the wrong colors. I've found this to be true, since when I re open the map in the builder the points aren't their correct colors.  :z7:

but when you place it into garrison builder it's still the right colors?

Yep. And I can only play the first stage. When it's loading the 2nd one it gets the error I posted.

In reality, creating it into different modes doesn't really matter since all that's there for is to organize maps and not make them confusing,

That means that garrison builder combiles cps differently when you create them in CP mode (which isn't that surprising.)

I'll go take a look

I've taken a look into the source.

It looks like it's designed around for multi stage CPs to only work with three levels, but it may still work

Muddy you need to make sure that you're placing more than one copy of the same control point, instead of going in sequential order

(e.g.

Cont 1                        Cont 2                                    Cont 3                               

Next level

Cont 1                          Cont2                                        Cont3

)

BUT I have a feeling that Gang Garrison is having trouble figuring out that it's Multi-stage CP mode, I'll take a look into the GG2 source

Ah, that might explain it. I've been going 1-2-3 for stage 1, then 4-5 for stage 2. I'll try recompiling with 1-2-3, 1-2.

aaaaaaand that gave me the same error. I was able to compile it though after the builder gave me a "Please don't place more of 1 unique point" message.
