Gang Garrison 2 Map Decompiler

Gang Garrison 2 Map Decompiler v1.3

You can use this tool to decompile any Gang Garrison 2 map file or, provided with a *.locator file, it can download the file and decompile that too. Read the included Readme.txt file for more info on what it can do.

Sure, this tool may not have many uses, but at least it's here.
Also, this is the first "game" I made in Game Maker. I'm serious.

Changelog:
12 Apr 2009 02:00 PST - Initial release
12 Apr 2009 13:00 PST - Bugfixes. Now names files that have capitalized *.PNG extensions properly when they are decompiled. Also, removed the GG2PNGSave.dll and made all the functions internal by using surface_save.
22 Apr 2009 20:16 PST - Bugfixes. Added the ability to drag-and-drop a file onto the program for quick decompilation. Deprecated the use of surface_save.

It's in there. Did you make sure you placed the .dll in the same folder as the executable?

GG2PNGSave.dll is in there is it supposed to make the walk mask a white picture

It creates a white surface, but it saves the walkmask PNG as an actual black and white walkmask.
Do you mind posting the map you are trying to decompile?

That's weird. My computer process it correctly without a problem.

What's in the folder that contains the decompiler executable?

I just tried it on another computer. Nothing happens. Thanks for pointing that out.
I'll try to get a fix out soon.

Shoot. Turns out I didn't port an extension correctly, so you guys'll just have to work with *.bmps, or you'll be lucky and I'll write up another *.dll. Probably the latter.

Sorry about the long wait. Here's a new version of the Decompiler. This time I fixed some BIG bugs, some of which include faultily produced walkmasks and entity files. You can now also drag-and-drop an *.locator file or a map (*.png file) onto the program and it will decompile the map on its own. The download link is in my original post.
