I'm also having the same problem, already reinstalled 3 times and still giving the same thing ... It must be because of the Gang Garrison Update ... It is normal that whenever there is an Update on a game, to a mod or something like that work, the mod must have Update too. I downloaded version 2.1.1 to 3 times, most recently, in the case.
Hopefully soon the GB update :/

Garrison builder isnt related to gg2 until you playtest the map.
Click the far left of the button rather than the middle
